Beautiful gardens, but our room had broken fixtures and needed cleaning.

Not quite what we hoped for

So we stayed for a night and honestly, the suite wasn’t great. View from room #10 was just nasty – looked over garbage and roofs. The restaurant felt lifeless and the breakfast staff needed more training. The food was decent, but kinda soulless. At least the dinner options were nice, so not all bad!

The Signature Collection's stunning grounds were a joy to explore, filled with charming spots perfect for relaxing. The elegant conservatory beautifully showcased the hotel's character, and navigating the property was a breeze for seniors like me.

More accessible seating areas would be appreciated.

The grounds are beautiful, and we enjoyed walking to nearby Chester Cathedral and Chester Castle, making our city strolls truly memorable. the comfortable and spacious room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
